Achievement highlights SEDCO’s strong culture and healthy work environment


SEDCO Holding has been recognized as a Great Place to Work for 2021, continuing its run of consecutive certifications since 2013 and adding to its reputation as employer of choice in Saudi Arabia. The certification was offered by global organization Great Place to Work and is testament to a strong workplace culture and employee proposition that withstood the unique challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.


Through the year, SEDCO Holding took great care to ensure that the camaraderie, teamwork and social bonds that define the SEDCO Holding work experience were sustained. Previous investment in remote working infrastructure held the organization in good stead as more employees shifted to working from home.

Regular communication from the CEO and leadership teams kept employees informed, while the Board of Directors and other committees met virtually with increased frequency. All departments stepped up to safeguard employee interests and well-being during remote work. During the lockdown, employees also benefitted from learning and development opportunities as SEDCO Holding partnered with Udemy to give them access to 2,500 plus top-rated courses.
