Yaser Binmahfouz was appointed Chairman of SEDCO Holding in 2024, having previously served as a Board member since 2018. He is a member of SEDCO Holding’s Investment Committee, and a member of the boards of Methak Holding and the Albir Society, Jeddah. He also serves as the Chairman of the Albir Society’s Investment Committee.
He holds a Master’s in Property Valuation and Law from City University London, UK, an MSc in Financial Markets and Derivatives from London Metropolitan University, UK, and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Clark University, USA.
