Rowad is dedicated to empowering ambitious youth to translate innovative ideas into commercially viable enterprises through a structured portfolio of specialized training programs, with a particular focus on financial planning and financial management.
The program adopts a comprehensive, practice-oriented approach that extends beyond theoretical frameworks. Participants are equipped with applied tools and methodologies that enhance financial decision-making, strengthen operational foundations, and support the development of resilient and sustainable businesses capable of competing in dynamic market environments.
Rowad’s participation in Biban 2025 was driven by several strategic objectives, foremost among them highlighting entrepreneurial success stories as sources of inspiration and practical benchmarks for aspiring founders. In parallel, the program sought to strengthen collaboration and partnership-building with key stakeholders across the entrepreneurship ecosystem, including funding institutions, business incubators, and investors, thereby expanding channels for knowledge exchange and long-term support.
Throughout the forum, Rowad delivered a series of training initiatives aimed at strengthening financial management capabilities, improving operational readiness, and enhancing the maturity of early-stage ventures. In addition, the program provided tailored guidance to more than 500 visitors at the Rowad platform, particularly within the funding and investment track, supporting entrepreneurs in navigating financing pathways and advancing their innovation journeys in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 toward a diversified, knowledge-based economy.
The Rowad Program was launched as an initiative by SEDCO Holding to promote financial management and encourage youth participation in entrepreneurship. To date, the program has reached more than 25,000 beneficiaries, delivering an integrated model that extends beyond training to include entrepreneurial mindset development and the mobilization of human and financial resources required to transform ideas into successful, sustainable enterprises.
