SEDCO Holding Welcomes Students of King Abdulaziz and Dar Al-Hekma Universities As Part of Badir Volunteering Program

The Information Technology and Finance departments at SEDCO Holding welcomed students from the Faculties of Information Technology and Finance at King Abdulaziz and Dar Al-Hekma universities, respectively, as part of the Badir Volunteering Program.

During the visit, the students learned about the tasks and responsibilities of the Information Technology team and the processes of designing and developing programs and applications to provide necessary technical solutions. Similarly, the Finance department team explained the importance of financial planning and strategizing to achieve target goals.

Furthermore, SEDCO Holding employees shared their experiences and knowledge with the students, offered specialized advice on information technology and financial affairs, and answered their questions.

Through the “Badir” volunteering program, SEDCO Holding seeks to develop partnerships with Saudi universities to enlighten students about the real work environment and enrich their knowledge and experience. The program aspires to help 90 male and female students gain knowledge by allocating more than 90 volunteering hours with an economic value estimated at approximately S.R. 40,500.
