Hotel Galleria, Curio Collection by Hilton
Located in Jeddah’s Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Street (commonly known as Tahlia Street), Hotel Galleria was launched in 2018 to become SEDCO’s flagship hospitality property. In December the same year, the hotel won the ‘Best Luxury Architecture Design Hotel’ award at the World Luxury Hotel Awards.
Hotel Galleria occupies a land area of 8,740 sqm and a built-up area of 59,000 sqm, including 11 room categories totaling 364 units and a 3,600 sqm retail boutique.
In its upmarket Curio Collection brand’s first venture in Saudi Arabia, Hilton entered a partnership with SEDCO in 2023 to manage the operation of Hotel Galleria. The Curio Collection is a portfolio of 160 remarkable hotels, hand-picked to immerse guests in one-of-a-kind moments in the world’s most sought-after destinations. Each hotel in the Collection evokes a bespoke story through distinctive architecture and design, in this case Milan’s iconic Galleria Vittorio Emanuale II.
Joudyan Hotel Red Sea Mall
Renowned for its prime location in north Jeddah’s new business district, the five-star Joudyan Hotel (previously known as Elaf Red Sea Mall) opened in 2022. The relaunch was a powerful signal of SEDCO’s commitment to supporting Vision 2030 objectives, specifically to strengthen the contribution of the tourism sector to the national economy and enhance the private sector’s participation in Saudi Arabia’s development journey.
With its 154 guest rooms and suites. As it adjoins Red Sea Mall, Joudyan guests can enjoy a vibrant experience centered on the numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment activities just a few minutes’ walk away.
Elaf Kinda and Elaf Bakkah
Proximity to the Holy Mosque and King Abdulaziz Gate has always been a priority for Muslim pilgrims seeking accommodation with convenient access to the sacred sites. In this respect, SEDCO’s Elaf Kinda and Elaf Bakkah properties are a natural choice, both enjoying exceptional locations in Makkah.
Acquired/developed by SEDCO in 1991, the five-star, 240-room Elaf Kinda opened in 1994 and is located in Ibrahim Khalil Street, just 2.4 km from the Holy Mosque. It was the subject of an extensive SAR 58 million refurbishment and renovation project in 2013 to create extra accommodation capacity during the Haj season.
Developed by SEDCO, the four-star, 810-room Elaf Bakkah opened in 2012. Located in Makkah’s Mahbas Aljinn district, 4 km from the Holy Mosque, it occupies a land area of 3,651 sqm and offers a total of 810 units.
